All materials offered are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and they are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic purpose. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Standard Peptides LLC is a chemical supplier and is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or outsourcing facility.

• You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You must be purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization or for lawful non-clinical research.
• You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your acquisition, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the materials.
• Resale, repackaging, or distribution for human or veterinary use is prohibited.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts used in violation of these terms or in connection with fraud or abuse.

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability.
• Prices, product listings, and availability may change at any time before an order is accepted.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel any affected order before fulfillment.
• Products awaiting release testing are not published for sale and are never described as tested.

Online payment is not currently enabled on this website. No payment can be captured and no paid order can be completed at this time. Any future payment functionality will be governed by these terms and by the terms of the payment provider.

Shipping service levels and timing are described in the Shipping Policy. Returns are not accepted after shipment, and refunds are limited to the exceptions described in the Refund & Return Policy. Order screening is described in the Order Verification & Fraud Policy. Each of those documents is incorporated into these terms.

• Do not misrepresent your identity, organization, or intended use.
• Do not use the site to make or promote medical, dosing, treatment, efficacy, or human-use claims about the materials.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its records.
• Do not alter, reproduce, or misrepresent certificates of analysis or other documentation.

Documentation is published only when the underlying record exists and has been released. Where a value such as a CAS number has not been verified in our records, the site states that documentation is pending rather than displaying an unverified value.

Except where prohibited by law, materials and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Peptides LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
