Shipping Policy

Shipping is offered within the United States only, using the flat published rates below. These are flat published rates, not live carrier-calculated rates. No carrier rating API is connected. Our processing time is stated separately from the USPS transit estimate.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250.00 or more are shipped signature required. There is no separate signature fee.

Processing and fulfillment happen before a package is handed to USPS. Processing is normally 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The USPS transit estimate begins only when USPS records acceptance of the package and is separate from processing.

• These USPS services are standard ambient parcel transportation. They are not refrigerated, temperature-monitored, or validated cold-chain service.
• These options are used for sealed, dry research-material vials only when the applicable product and lot documentation permits ordinary ambient parcel transit.
• If product or lot documentation requires special temperature control, the item is not released through these methods until a compliant shipping method is available.
• Orders may be held for the next suitable business-day dispatch to reduce avoidable weekend or federal-holiday delay.
• Recipients should retrieve packages promptly, inspect the outer package and contents, and follow the product and lot storage documentation immediately after receipt.
• Processing time and USPS transit time are separate. Delivery dates are USPS estimates, not guarantees, and vary by destination and carrier performance.
• Carrier tracking and carrier insurance are separate from any site shipping-protection option. Carrier claims and refunds are not automatically approved.

• USPS Ground Advantage is free on merchandise subtotals of $250.00 or more. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express remain chargeable at their flat rates.

• Tracking is emailed and appears in your account after carrier acceptance.

Tracking details are issued after a shipment is created and are available from your account. Please allow time for the carrier to publish the first scan.

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address that can accept a business delivery.
• Orders may be held pending verification; verification time is not counted in transit estimates.
• Shipments are made only where the materials may lawfully be shipped.

Damaged, contaminated, defective, missing, or incorrect shipments are handled under the Refund & Return Policy. Claims must be submitted within 1–2 calendar days after recorded delivery through the Contact page.
