Online payment is not enabled, so no payment-network control is active on this website today. The review steps we perform now are manual eligibility and order-accuracy checks.

• Address verification and card security code checks supported by the payment provider.
• Velocity and risk screening for unusual ordering patterns.
• Manual review of orders flagged during screening.
• Identity or order confirmation requests sent to the account email on file.
• Review of carrier tracking records and delivery scans when a claim is submitted.

These are descriptions of intended controls. They become active only when a payment provider supports them, and we do not publish thresholds, scores, or rule details.

• An order under review is held before fulfillment and is not counted in shipping transit estimates.
• We may request confirmation of order details or eligibility before releasing an order.
• An order may be declined or cancelled if eligibility or accuracy cannot be confirmed.

• Claims for damaged, contaminated, defective, missing, or incorrect shipments are investigated using submitted evidence and carrier records.
• Claims that are fraudulent, altered, duplicated, abusive, or knowingly false may be denied.
• We may investigate such claims through lawful means and may restrict or ban the associated account and site access.

Nothing in this policy limits your ability to pursue a lawful dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
