Order processing is normally 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, and is separate from USPS transit time. USPS transit estimates are 2–5 days for Ground Advantage, 2–3 days for Priority Mail, and 1–3 days for Priority Mail Express. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees, and vary by destination, carrier performance, verification, and inventory. U.S. shipping only.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge flat published rates, not live carrier-calculated rates: USPS Ground Advantage $7.99 (economy), USPS Priority Mail $12.99 (recommended), and USPS Priority Mail Express $39.99 (fastest). USPS Ground Advantage is free when the merchandise subtotal is $250.00 or more; Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express remain chargeable. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250.00 or more ship signature required at no extra charge. Shipping is calculated on our servers and shown at checkout before an order is submitted.

How are discounts applied?

Coupon code STANDARD gives 10% off eligible items, and three or more units of the same eligible single vial receive 5% off automatically. Discounts do not stack: when both qualify, only the larger discount applies.

Can I return products or get a refund?

Returns are not accepted after shipment, because the integrity of research materials cannot be verified once they leave our control. Refunds are issued in limited exceptions: if we cannot fulfill or we cancel an accepted order before shipment, if a duplicate charge occurs, or if a shipment qualifies for replacement under our damaged, defective, contaminated, missing, or materially incorrect review process but a qualifying replacement is impossible. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and no return of shipped material is required. Buyer’s remorse, wrong-item, and change-of-research-direction requests are excluded. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived are not affected.

What if my shipment arrives damaged, contaminated, defective, missing, or incorrect?

Those shipments may qualify for a remedy after review: qualifying claims are handled by replacement when possible, and if a qualifying replacement is impossible, the applicable amount is refunded to the original payment method. Submit a claim through the Contact page within 1–2 calendar days after recorded delivery, including your order number and photographs of the outer package, the shipping label, the contents, and the issue. A claim does not guarantee a replacement. Fraudulent, altered, duplicated, abusive, or knowingly false claims may be denied, investigated through lawful means, and may result in an account or site ban. Lawful chargebacks are not restricted.
